Repair Policies

Bench Fee – $20 (non-warranty). Fee may be waived on case by case basis.

Method of Payment & Terms

  • Cash or check accepted
  • Payment due upon delivery or within 15 days of invoice date
  • Accounts not paid in 15 days of invoice date are subject to a 1% monthly finance charge


  • Digital document or verbal estimate provided for all repairs
  • Bench fee applied for declined estimate
  • Please provide phone/email contact information in order to receive repair estimate, status, & invoice notifications

Onsite Evaluation/Repair

  • Onsite evaluation service is available
  • Rough estimates will be provided for off site repairs
  • Onsite repair time is to be arranged to accommodate schedules

No Problem Found

  • Bench fee may be charged for repair work requested on items that are found to be working properly according to product standards
  • If the problem is evident after being returned, bench fee will be credited to the cost of subsequent repair

Turnaround Time

  • Average turnaround time up to 10 business days minimum
  • Turnaround time is estimated & is subject to certain conditions such as parts availability, severity of repair work, shipping schedules, & availability of service manual resources
  • Notification will be made if repair will exceed expected turnaround time

NDS Music Repair Warranty

  • Electronics repair is covered for 60 days from date of return
  • Stringed instrument setup/repair is covered for 30 days from date of return
  • Tubes are covered for 90 days from date of return
  • Warranty only covers specific services performed

Manufacturer’s Warranty

  • Items under a manufacturer’s warranty should be taken to an authorized service center for repair
  • Warranty repairs can be performed if authorized by the manufacturer and access to resources (service manuals, parts, etc.) is allowed
